EU EMPLOYEES
More and more companies realize that the deployment of EU employees is the only solution to prevent projects from going wrong. That does not alter the fact that there are always questions. What about the costs? And what about communication and safety? Read more below.
We can be brief about the costs. We look at professional competence and motivation, not at the country of origin. If you only look at the gross salary, temporary staff seems more expensive. But social security contributions, recruitment costs, possible medical expenses and risks in the event of long-term disability are not included. We also only invoice for the hours actually worked. At the bottom line, flexible employees are often cheaper.
EXPRT applies an attractive and fair rate for its employees and clients. This rate is exclusive of VAT. This rate includes all other costs (administration, guidance, insurance, transport, housing).
Group health insurance is also taken out for them. The rate depends, among other things, on the employee's salary, the number of employees and the hiring period. Hiring staff including welding equipment also plays a role in this.
The hourly rates are comparable to the rates for Dutch employees. However, the return is many times higher, due to the enormous motivation and work ethic of our employees.

COMMUNICATION AND SAFETY
And communication and safety? EXPRT also screens employees for active language skills. Many of our EU employees have been working in the Netherlands for some time and speak English. They know our work culture and are well aware of the safety rules. Where necessary, we only deploy employees with a valid individual VCA certificate. Professionals without the required certificate can obtain it through us in their own language. Safety is always our number one priority.
